Damaged Packaging Policy

2. Exclusion of Used, Damaged, or Defective Items from Returns or Exchanges
- Please note that items and packages that have been used, damaged, or deemed defective are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This policy ensures the maintenance of our product quality standards.
3. Inspection Process for Refused Unopened Packages
- Upon receipt of the refused unopened package from the carrier, we will inspect it to ensure the band on the hair weft hasn't been altered or broken. If the product is still intact and unopened, we will proceed to issue a refund or an exchange as per your preference.
4. Refund or Exchange Policy for Intact and Unopened Packages
- For refused unopened packages that pass inspection, we will promptly issue a refund or an exchange in accordance with your preference. Please note that there is a $40 shipping processing and restocking fee.
5. No Refund or Exchange for Used, Damaged Packages with Broken Bands
- In instances where the order arrives in a used, damaged state, and the band on the hair weft is broken, we regret to inform you that no refund or exchange will be processed.
